Description
Batman: The Animated Series Bane Production Cel (Warner Brothers, c. 1992-95). "You have courage for one so small. You can yet be of use to me." The supervillain Bane hunts down Robin in this fantastic hand-painted original production cel from the celebrated Batman: The Animated Series. Appearing only once in the show before his character design change in The New Batman Adventures, this is a remarkably rare image of Bane in a great dynamic pose. This cel can be seen at the 12:14 mark of the episode "Bane". The cel is presented on a printed background for presentation purposes, and Robin is part of the background. The cel shows minor handling and edge wear from normal studio use, and the number B29 is written in the upper right corner. The cel bears a Warner Brothers seal and is accompanied by a Warner Brothers Certificate of Authenticity. The background shows a tear in the lower right corner, and the cel itself is in Very Good condition.Auction Info
