Animaniacs Pinky and the Brain Production Cel (Warner Brothers, c. 1993-98). "When my metronome yanks out your firing pin, my music box egg grenade will play lovely music for a few precious seconds before ka-boom! It gives me your last downbeat." Johnny Badnote describes his convoluted scheme, to which Brain replies, "you call that a diabolical plan?" Seen at the 14:39 mark of the 25th episode of the 2nd season of Animaniacs, this is a fantastic hand-painted original production cel setup featuring Pinky and the Brain dressed as superheroes from the segment "Cranial Crusader". The two mice bent on global domination measure 5.5" x 4.75" on the 12 field setup, and the piece bears a Warner Brothers seal dated 1995. Taped to a printed background for presentation purposes, the setup shows minor handling and edge wear from normal production use. The pin and string are part of the background, and the condition of the piece is Very Good.Auction Info
