    An Ounce of Prevention Daffy Duck Production Cel Signed by Mel Blanc (Warner Brothers, 1982). This Public Service film was made for the Shriners Burn Institute. It starred Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Sylvester, and Tweety. Parts of this film were also shown on the ABC Saturday Morning cartoon series The Bugs Bunny Show. This is an outstanding hand-inked, hand-painted production cel of Daffy Duck from this film. The cel is hand-signed "That Rabbit is Disssspicable - Daffy Duck - Mel Blanc." Mel Blanc (1906 - 1989) did all the voices for these characters. Daffy's in a fireman's helmet here, with a great image size of 7". Matted with an opening of 11" x 9" and framed with glass for an overall size of 18" x 16". A certificate from Noel Blanc (Mel's son) is on back of the frame. Daffy Duck production cels with Mel Blanc's signature are very rare. Frame is sold as-is, cel condition is Very Good
