An Ounce of Prevention Bugs Bunny Production Cel Signed by Mel Blanc (Warner Brothers/Blanc Communications, 1982). Original hand-inked, hand-painted production cel of Bugs Bunny, from the Shriners Institute Public Service film on fire burn prevention. It was produced by Mel Blanc's own company, "Blanc Communications." Mel Blanc also was a longtime Shriner. This film starred Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Tweety, and Sylvester. Portions of it were shown as PSA spots on the Saturday morning ABC Bugs Bunny Show. This rare 12 field production cel is hand-signed by the man of thousand voices, as well as being the longtime voice of Bugs Bunny, Mr. Mel Blanc (1906 - 1989). He writes "Eh, What's Up Doc? 'Bugs Bunny' Mel Blanc." WOW! The cel is on a print background for presentation purposes. Great image of Bugs, measuring 6". The cel is matted with an opening size of 11" x 8.5", in an overall mat size of 18" x 14". Fine condition.
