Description
Alice in Wonderland Black and Red Card Soldiers Production Cel (Walt Disney, 1951). "Off with her head!" The Black and Red Card Soldier can be at your command with this lot, featuring a spectacular hand-painted and hand-inked production cel of the guards from Alice in Wonderland. These images come from towards the end of the scene, as everyone starts chasing Alice, with the Black Cards seen at the 1:11:57 mark, while the Red Cards appear roughly at the 1:11:59. The Red Cards are trimmed to image and measure 5.75" x 5" mounted to the cel layer of the Black Cards, which measure 14" x 9.75". The cel is displayed on a printed background for presentation purposes. Some paint wear can be seen on the card in the bottom left area. Showing mild handling and edge wear from production, the lot's condition is Good to Very Good.Auction Info
