Description
Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs "Lullaby Time" Dye Transfer Courvoisier Print (Walt Disney, c. 1937-38). The animals have all helped Snow White clean the dwarfs' cottage and are ready for a nap, including these cute bunnies, in this delightful Courvoisier dye transfer print. When the Courvoisier Galleries started selling Disney cels and prints, the 1937 classic Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs had been recently released and was making a huge impact on movie-going audiences. Courvoisier was very successful selling Snow White cel setups, and when those began running out, luscious color-drenched prints like "Lullaby Time" were brought out. It recreates the scene found at about the 25:25 timestamp in the film. The print is matted with an opening of 10" x 8", revealing the original mat with a hand-lettered script title written under the image; a second mat has an opening of 11.75" x 9.75". The print is framed with glass for an overall size of 21.25" x 17.5". A Disney Certificate of Authenticity is included on the back side of the frame. All frames are sold as-is. Photos are not representative of actual frame condition. The print is in Fine condition with very light handling.Auction Info
