Sleeping Beauty "Burning Spinning Wheels" Sold-Out Limited Edition Giclée Signed by Eyvind Earle #19/40 (Walt Disney, 1959/99). "But King Stefan, still fearful of his daughter's life, did then and there decree that every spinning wheel in the kingdom should on that very day be burned. So it was done." King Stefan and Queen Leah watch as every spinning wheel in the kingdom burns in this exceptionally rare limited edition giclée signed by Disney Legend inductee Eyvind Earle (1916 - 2000). This image, titled "Burning Spinning Wheels," was part of a series of six giclée titled Sleeping Beauty Castle Tableaus. The series was created from the original Eyvind Earle paintings that adorned the staircases of Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland in 1957, telling the tale of Sleeping Beauty in a series of beautiful, painted tableaus. Sold exclusively at the Disney Gallery in 1999, this rare piece is numbered 19 of only 40 produced, and it has been long sold out for over 25 years. The piece bears a debossed Disney Gallery seal in the lower right corner. It is framed under Plexiglas with mat window size of 19" x 15" and an overall frame size of 27" x 23". All frames are sold as-is. Photos are not representative of actual frame condition.
