Where on Earth is Carmen Sandiego? Large Publicity Cel (DIC, 1994). Anti-hero international thief Carmen Sandiego is all over the globe in this animated series with live-action scenes. Based on popular computer games, this Fox Kids Network series won a Daytime Emmy for Outstanding Children's Animated Program in 1995, the first Saturday morning series to do so. Here's a great image of Carmen in profile, along with teenage ACME agents Zack and Ivy, who hunt the elusive rogue agent for four seasons. This hand-painted cel is signed in the lower right as "T. S. Kim" and is matted with an opening of 11.25" x 16.25" and framed with glass for an overall size of 19" x 24". The black frame has a few small dings and scratches. All frames are sold as-is. Photos are not representative of actual frame condition. Cel condition is Fine with light handling wear.Auction Info
