Thumbelina Prince Cornelius and Thumbelina Publicity/Color Model Cel (Don Bluth Studios, 1994). Thumbelina tosses her bouquet in the closing shots of Don Bluth's Thumbelina. Seen at the 1:20:32 mark of the film, this hand-painted publicity/color model cel captures a fantastic pose in a large, centered image on a 16 field animation cel. This film was Don Bluth's sixth animated feature, and it was the first to have songs composed by soft rock star Barry Manilow. A truly delightful piece, Thumbelina and Prince Cornelius measure 9" x 7.5" on the cel, and the cel itself shows minor handling wear. The condition overall is Very Good.Auction Info
