    The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show Nell, and Snidely Whiplash Signed Scene Cel (Jay Ward, 1989). Dudley Do-Right debuted on The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show in 1962 and was an instant hit. This is a hand-inked, hand-painted Scene cel of Dudley Do-Right's best gal Nell and the villainous Snidely Whiplash. The pair measure together approximately 6.5" x 8.5" on a 12 field cel. Scene cels like this were sold at the Dudley Do-Right Emporium on Sunset Blvd., in West Hollywood. While originally sold unsigned, this one bears the signatures of longtime directors Bill Hurtz (1919 - 2002), Gerard Baldwin and studio head, Jay Ward (1920 - 1989). The piece is matted 16" x 20", with an opening of 10" x 12" and condition is Fine.
