The Rocky and Bullwinkle Show Fractured Fairy Tales Scene Cel (Jay Ward, 1989). Edward Everett Horton narrated this fan-favorite segment of the Rocky and Bullwinkle Show. It parodied Fairy Tales, and its very first episode poked fun at "Rapunzel." There were 91 Fractured Fairy Tales produced between 1959 and 1961 and (The First Lady of Animation) June Foray usually provided voices of princesses and witches, often in a "Brooklyn" accent. This is a hand-inked, hand-painted Scene Cel inspired by the show's opening sequence, originally sold at the Dudley Do-Right Emporium located on Sunset Blvd in West Hollywood (1971-2005).These cels were sold unsigned, but this one has been signed by Jay Ward (1920 - 1989) as well as two of his directors, Gerard Baldwin and Bill Hurtz (1919-2000). The cel is matted with a opening of 9.5" x 12" and an overall mat size of 16" x 20". Condition is Fine.
