    Description

The Flintstones Publicity/Color Model Cel (Hanna-Barbera, 1980s). Bill Hanna was a longtime barbershop quartet fan. In fact, one year at the National Barbershop Quartet Convention a song was written in his honor called "Bill Hanna What a Guy!" This is an outstanding one-of-a-kind Publicity Cel/Color Model Cel of Fred Flintstone leading a Barbershop Quartet in their Water Buffalos lodge hats! Anything and everything of Fred and Barney in these hats is highly collectable. There is even a prehistoric barber chair in this piece. This 12 field cel was done by the Hanna-Barbera Ink and Paint Department. It was likely created for a children's activity book, reading book, calendar, clothing design, toys, or other consumer products or promotion. This incredible cel is on a Flintstones print background for presentation purposes. These nice full figure images of the boys range from 3" - 6" tall. Condition is Fine.
