DescriptionDaffy Duck Studio Publicity Cel (Warner Brothers, 1942). "Woo-Hoo! Woo-Hoo! Woo-Hoo!" Daffy Duck made his first appearance on 4/17/37 in Porky's Duck Hunt. His initial design was handled by Tex Avery followed by Bob Clampett. He went on to make 130 theatrical shorts, and was voted 14th greatest cartoon character in a poll in TV Guide. This a rare long-billed, two-toed early Daffy Duck Publicity Studio Gift Cel, in as good an image as we have seen. Great full-figure pose of 5.25". This cel has been in the family it was presented to since the early 1940s. It is in a newer frame of 16" x 18" with a mat opening of 9" x 11". Frame is sold as-is. Cel is in Very Good condition.
