Casper's First Christmas Multiple Character Publicity Cel (Hanna-Barbera, 1979). Celebrating Christmas together for the first time, the Hanna-Barbera crew, conformed by Yogi, Boo-boo, Quick Draw McGraw, Snagglepuss, Auggie Doggie, doggie Daddy, and Huckleberry Hound, get together with Casper the Friendly Ghost for an unforgettable holiday. The TV special Casper's First Christmas was released for the first time on December 18, 1979, and it featured for the very first time a crossover with the iconic Casper from Harvey Entertainment and a cast of Hanna Barbera characters. The hand-painted publicity cel presented in this lot has the seven Hanna-Barbera characters measuring an image size of 10.25" x 5.5" riding together on a car, while Casper floats closely measuring 3" x 1.75". The cel used in promotional material for the special shows very light handling and edge wear from production, and it's in Very Good condition.Auction Info
