Doctor Seuss's How the Grinch Stole Christmas Limited Edition Print Box Set FP #2/20 (MGM/Linda Jones, 2006). In 2006, to celebrate the Grinch's 40th anniversary, The Chuck Jones Archives took five original pieces of Chuck Jones pre-production artwork and released a box set with these five pieces printed on 100% acid free Fine Art handmade rag paper. The commercial edition size was only 66, based on the initial release year of 1966. There was a special Family Proof edition of only 20, and an archived Hors de Commerce edition of 20, for a low total of only 106 sets. This is an extremely rare FP (Family Proof edition), #2 of only 20. The Fine Art hand-numbered pieces are 18" x 12" and showcase Grinch and Cindy Lou Who; Grinch stealing ice cubes and light bulb; Grinch playing pool with tree ornaments; a study of Max at the window as a reindeer; and The Whos carrying the tree in Whoville. We have never seen one of these sets from Linda Jones Enterprises come up for resale. They quickly sold out in 2006. Fine condition.
