Description
Disneyland "Matterhorn Bobsleds" Park Attraction Poster (Walt Disney, 1959). "Race thru Alpine Passes and Ice Caverns!" reads this stylish Disneyland Park Attraction poster. The Matterhorn Bobsleds opened in Disneyland on 6/14/59. Here is a very hard to find, very colorful hand-pulled silk screened poster for this fan-favorite ride. The poster features images of the famous Alps near the Swiss/Italian border. It was designed by Paul Hartley and can be seen on page 79 in the book Poster Art of the Disney Parks by Danny Handke and Vanessa Hunt. Poster is framed with Plexiglas for an overall size of 37" x 55". Frame is sold as-is. Poster has minor handling and edge wear. In Very Good condition.Auction Info
