Popeye, Wimpy, and Olive Oyl Limited Edition Cel Pre-Production Prototype (King Features/Animation House, 1989). An unnumbered hand-painted limited edition cel of Popeye and his friends Wimpy (eating a hamburger, of course) and Olive Oyl, on their way home after a picnic. The image sizes are 5", 5.5", and 6.25". The cel is matted with an opening size of 11" x 9" and framed with glass for an overall size of 18" x 16". Fine condition.Loading guides...
