Pinocchio Stromboli and Pinocchio Animation Drawings Group of 2 (Walt Disney, 1940). Pair of original 12 field production drawings from Disney's second animated feature; the first shows a happy-looking Stromboli, the evil puppet master. He's drawn in graphite and blue pencil, with red pencil highlights, and an image size of 5" tall. It's noted as C-3 in the lower right, which also includes a production stamp. The second drawing is a view of Pinocchio as he falls backward onto a bench; it's in graphite with red and green highlights, and an image size of 4". A production stamp and the handwritten number D 28 A is in the lower right. Overall condition is Very Good, with handling and edge wear (most notably on the top edge of the Stromboli piece).
