Pinocchio Figaro and Pinocchio Production Cel Setup on Key Master Background (Walt Disney, 1940). "Shh, Figaro! There's someone in here!" Geppetto's peaceful slumber with Figaro the Cat by his side is rudely interrupted by a crashing noise in the other room. Getting up to investigate, they get their first look at a "living" marionette – Pinocchio! This wonderful moment in the film is captured in this remarkable setup, as Figaro gets her first look at a transformed Pinocchio. This can be found in the film at exactly the 22:52 moment. These hand-inked, hand-painted images of Figaro and Pinocchio have been meticulously trimmed to outline from two separate cels (although both seen together), and applied to a new cel, which is placed on the Key Master hand-painted background from this scene (the background first appears at the 21:39 mark). Wow! The setup is matted with an opening of 10" x 7.5" and ornately framed with Plexiglas for an overall size of 24.5" x 22" x 2". Frame is sold as-is. Setup condition is Fine.
