June Foray and Friends Miscellaneous Group (c. 1950s-90s). In addition to her many voice-over roles in animation, June Foray also did plenty of work with Stan Freberg, on radio and in recordings. Here are two original 78 rpm recordings by Stan Freberg: "St. George and the Dragonet"/"Little Blue Riding Hood" and "I've Got You Under My Skin"/"That's My Boy." Included with the records are two Freberg-signed documents: first, "A Few Thoughts About the Stan Freberg CBS Radio Shows." Stan has inscribed this as "Junie! I Love You!" and Peter Leeds writes, "It was great again working with you" on this typed 7-page document. Second piece is a Storyboarding Draft/Script for The Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries episode "Good Bird Hunting" (June played the voice of Granny). One of June's rare on-camera appearances was on an episode of the fondly-remembered TV series, The Duck Factory. Included is a framed-with-glass 8" x 10" photos of cast and crew, featuring June with Daws Butler, Jim Carrey (this show was his first lead role), Jack Gilford, Teresa Ganzel, Jay Tarses, co-creator Allan Burns, and others. Last but certainly not least in this fascinating group is a postcard from Disney Legend Ward Kimball addressed to "June the Foray," with a cute self-portrait. Overall condition is Very Good. From the June Foray Collection.

I have done a preliminary analysis and the total of the hammer prices was $67,550. With BP, the final figure was $80,722.25. That is against the total insurance value of $34,785 or 2.32 x ‘pre-auction estimate’. Incredible, really, so a big thanks.
