    Description

Peter Pan Tinker Bell Animation Drawing by Marc Davis with Studio Model Sheet (Walt Disney, 1953). Disney's classic animated feature about the boy who refuses to grow up, Peter Pan, was released on 2/5/53 to positive reviews. Here is a wonderful production drawing of Peter Pan's sassy little sidekick, Tinker Bell. The artwork was created by Disney Legend Inductee and one of "Walt's Nine Old Men," Marc Davis (1913 - 2000). Mr. Davis created and supervised the animation of Tinker Bell. The full-figure with wings image of Tink has an overall size of 4" x 6.25", drawn in graphite and brown pencil. The notation 35 is written in the bottom right corner. Also included with the drawing is an original Studio model sheet of Tinker Bell, printed on photographic paper. This is an actual animator-used model sheet, not a later reproduction. The model sheet has a fold crease and rippling along the edges; its in Good condition. The production animation drawing has minor handling wear and one reinforced peghole. Art condition is Very Good.
