Peter Pan Marc Davis Tinker Bell Production Drawing (Walt Disney, 1953).
Walt Disney's 14th animated feature film, Peter Pan, tells the story of the boy who wouldn't grow up. Peter Pan was released on 2/5/53 to positive reviews with the New York Times praising the animation. In this lot we have a fantastic production drawing of Peter Pan's sassy sidekick, Tinker Bell. The artwork was created by Disney Legend Inductee and one of "Walt's Nine Old Men", Marc Davis (1913 - 2000). Marc Davis created and supervised the animation Tinker Bell. The image of Tink measures 6" tall, rendered in graphite and blue pencil on 16 filed, 3-peghole animation paper. The animation paper has been re-punched and the new center hole has been torn. Very mild age-related toning. The artwork is in Very Good condition.
