    Peanuts Happy New Year, Charlie Brown Snoopy and Peppermint Patty Production Cel (Bill Melendez, 1986). "What do you think, Chuck, would be good rules for living in the New Year?" asked Peppermint Patty. Charlie Brown's response is "Feed your dog whenever he's hungry." This is an original hand-painted production cel of Peppermint Patty and Snoopy from the 30th Charlie Brown television special. The full-figure images stand 4" on a 12 field production cel with a studio seal which is over a print background for presentation purposes. This Peanuts film aired on New Year's day over 30 years ago. The piece shows minor handling wear; otherwise condition is Very Good.
