Peanuts - Charlie Brown and Snoopy TV Commercial Sequence of 8 Production Cels with Key Master Background and Group of 6 Animation Drawings (Bill Melendez, c. 1983). Here's a rare and special lot if there ever was one! VIT Chocolate Drink was a sponsor of this show in Spain. They had a special animated segment made for the show in Europe. In this offering we have six production cels of Snoopy as a magician, two cels with stars and the table on them and six animation drawings from the spot. The cels are positioned in sequence on a Key Master pan background in a way that shows the character's actions and movements. The cels were hand-painted on 12 field acetate, drawings were rendered in graphite and color pencil on 12 field animation paper. The background measures a whopping 30" rendered in gouache on background board by the great Dean Spille. Mr. Spille was a long-time background painter for Bill Melendez Studios. Mild production handling and edge wear. Condition is Very Good.

More Information: EDIT: Change total count to 15, changed short description Sequence from 6 to 8.
