Where's Huddles? End Title Painted Backgrounds Group of 2 (Hanna-Barbera, 1970). This animated show was shown in the summer of 1970 as a summer replacement for Glen Campbell's Goodtime Hour. It was shown in Prime Time, premiering on 7/1/70. It was the story of professional quarterback Ed Huddles, and his neighbor/teammate, center Bubba McCoy. They played for a team called "The Rhinos." Dick Enberg, the professional sportscaster, played the team's football announcer in this series. All ten episodes were released on DVD in 2016 by Warner Archive. This is a pair of highly stylized ending credit background paintings used for the closing titles. The stylized referee can be seen 18 seconds into the closing credits behind producer and director Bill Hanna and Joe Barbera. The stylized football X's and O's play can be seen 25 seconds in to the closing tiles with the voices over the painting. Both beautiful paintings are on 12 field background board measuring 10" x 13" and 10" x 14". Minor handling. Very Good overall condition.
