Original storyboard panel from Peter Pan. Original storyboard panel from Peter Pan. (Walt Disney Studios, 1953) A very early story drawing featuring "Captain Hook" mixing poison from Peter Pan. Although Peter Pan was released in 1953, work on the feature began prior to World War II. At that time, artists envinsioned "Captain Hook" poisoning "Peter Pan" in accordance with J.M. Barrie's play. Accomplished in black, gray, and brown lithographic crayon on an untrimmed 8.5 x 8.25 in. animation story sheet. Image size is 5.5 x 7 in. Paper is in very good condition with some light staining and edge wear throughout.Auction Info
