DescriptionMother Goose Goes Hollywood Groucho, Chico and Harpo Marx Animation Drawings Group of 2 (Disney, 1938). The Marx Brothers are Old King Cole's Fiddlers Three in this matching pair of original 12 field 5-peghole animation drawings. This popular Silly Symphony short was directed by Wilfred Jackson, and released on 12/23/38. Groucho does his signature slinking walk in the first drawing, created in graphite with red pencil, and a detailed overall image size of 6" wide by 4" tall; it's numbered 37 in the lower right corner. Harpo and Chico watch him as they play their violins in the second drawing, also in graphite with red highlights; image sizes are 5" and 4.25", with the number 120 in the lower right. Fine condition with slight handling and edge wear.
