Description
Pluto Model Sheet Animation Art (Walt Disney, c. 1930-40s). After playing a second fiddle to Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck throughout the 1930s, Pluto got some much deserved recognition and began starring in his own cartoons. This is an original animator's practice model sheet of Pluto bounding into the mud. It contains fantastic expressive images measuring 4" and 5" tall. One of "Walt's Nine Old Men," Norm Ferguson, was the lead animator for Pluto at this time. It is beautifully detailed and a prize for any Pluto collector. There evidence of minor handling wear.
