Description

    Bongo and Pecos Bill Studio Model Sheet Print Group of 4 (Walt Disney, 1947-48). Animation model sheets are highly collectible and an important part of the Disney animation process. Many were printed on photographic paper in the late 1930s and early '40s, as no copy machines existed at the time. This group includes three photoprint model sheets from the "Bongo" segment in Fun and Fancy Free (1947); the 17" x 14" sheets include characters Bongo the Bear and Lumpjaw on one sheet, a solo Bongo on the second sheet, and Lulu-Belle on the third. A 17" x 14" paper model sheet from the Melody Time (1948) segment "Pecos Bill" includes young horse Widowmaker and several of the vultures who are attacking the colt. Sheets are folded, and in Good overall condition.
