    Bambi Deer Model Sheet Drawings Group of 10 (Walt Disney, 1942). Rico Lebrun (1900 - 1964) was born in Naples, Italy. He taught at Chouinard and then taught the animation staff at Walt Disney Studios. He was a driving force and instrumental in teaching how to properly draw the anatomy of a deer, as well as how to draw their movement. His series of drawings were made into printed model sheets and distributed to the animation staff. This is a series of ten pages of Rico Lebrun deer model sheet original drawings displaying movement and anatomy. Graphite and ink on 16 field 5-peghole animation sheets. Pages are hand-numbered 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 19, 19A, and 19B. Minor handling and edge wear. Very Good condition. From the Retta Scott Archives.
