Walt Disney Studios -- "Mickey Mouse" Original Pencil Animation Drawings. (1930s). Disney artist Curtis Perkins worked at the studio from 1936 until 1943. His specialties were background layouts and effects drawings, but he also worked at movement animation. This set of 22 rough drawings by Perkins reveals the rough process of pencil animation in a collection rarely seen. The early style Mickey Mouse is shown from all angles in this compelling set of red pencil roughs. This truly is a fine example of the animator's art. Paper size is 12.0" x 10.0" and Mickey averages 4.0" x 5.0."
