Walt Disney Studios -- "101 Dalmatians" Original Pencil Animation Drawing. (1961). Cruella DeVil is driving her car and is on the lookout for all the puppies! They've escaped from her country house and are making their way back to London. She looks suspiciously at the black soot covered dogs in this scene from the classic Disney film. Cruella was designed and drawn by Disney legend Marc Davis. His wild interpretation of Cruella made her silly and frightening all at the same time. This original pencil drawing by Davis is especially detailed with blue and red pencil accents and makes a superb finished portrait. It is signed by Davis and is in excellent condition. The mat is also inscribed: "To Brian - Marc Davis." Cruella measures 8.0" x 5.5" and the paper area is 11.5" x 10.5."
