    Mickey's Mellerdrammer Horace Horsecollar, Minnie Mouse and Mickey Mouse Animation Drawings Group of 3 (Walt Disney, 1933). Minnie and Mickey perform as Little Eva and Topsy while Horace Horsecollar portrays the evil plantation owner Simon Legree in the barnyard production of Harriet Beecher Stowe's classic "Uncle Tom's Cabin." This rarely shown Wilfred Jackson directed black and white short was released to theaters on 3/18/33. The lot contains three production drawings in graphite on 12-field, 2 peg hole animation paper. Horace, in full-figure, measures 5.5" x 5.5" and numbered 91, Minnie, in full-figure, is 3.5" x 2.25" and numbered 29 and Mickey, in full-figure, (featuring light green face make-up) is 4.25" x 3.5" and numbered 17. These are three wonderful drawings from a long-forgotten Disney short. All exhibit minor handling, tanning, and edge wear; otherwise Condition is Fine.
