Description
Mickey's Fire Brigade Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, and Goofy Animation Drawing Group of 3 (Walt Disney, 1935). Mickey Mouse, Goofy, and a long-billed Donald Duck scramble (and fail) to put out an apartment fire in this wonderful set of three original animation drawings from Mickey's Fire Brigade. These must-have drawings feature each iconic character in full figure in their classic designs, all wearing their uniform fire helmets from the short. Mickey's Fire Brigade was released to theaters on 8/3/1935, directed by the prolific Ben Sharpsteen. The drawings are rendered in graphite and color pencil on 12 field animation paper, and Mickey, Donald, and Goofy measure 3.5", 3", and 5.75" tall, respectively. Two of the drawings have five pegholes, and one has two pegholes, as the Walt Disney Studio made the change the year this film was released.
