Mickey's Delayed Date Title Cel Key Master Setup (Walt Disney, 1947). Mickey! Mickey Mouse! You're late for our date! I've been waiting here for..." Minnie Mouse is on the phone to a sleeping Mickey Mouse to tell him he's late for their date. This short was directed by Charles Nichols, and released on 10/3/47. It is an important Mickey Mouse theatrical short as it was the last one in which Walt Disney provided the voice for Mickey Mouse. This is a super rare hand-painted Title cel on its Key Master Title production background. This cel and background are shown right after the credits run. Title cels from any Mickey Mouse short are considered very rare. Mickey running to his date is hand-painted on background board and the title of the cartoon is on a cel. The Key Master Title cel setup is in a frame of 17" x 15" with a mat opening of 11" x 9". The Title cel production envelope sleeve is on back of the frame. It is hand-signed by the Director and Title cel designer. The frame is sold as-is, artwork has minor handling but is considered in Very Good condition.
