Mickey's Circus Mickey Mouse Animation Drawing (Walt Disney, 1936). "Introducing Captain Donald Duck and his performing sea lions!" Mickey Mouse takes the spotlight as the ringleader of his own circus. He introduces the next performer, Donald Duck, with an excited flourish. This image depicts Mickey Mouse in his ringleader getup atop a platform as he energetically talks to his audience, a moment which can be found at about the 0:40 mark of the short. The image is created with graphite and red, blue, and green pencil on 12 field, 5-peghole animation paper. The page is marked in its lower right corner with 77, and the wonderful full-figure image of Mickey measures about 4.25" x 3.75". The piece is in Very Good condition, with minor handling and edge wear and minor age-related toning.
