Mary Blair Peter Pan Original Concept Painting (Walt Disney, 1953). "Say that's it... think of a wonderful thought. All it takes is faith and trust, and something I forgot. A little bit of PIXIE DUST! Come on everybody, off we go to Never Land!" Peter Pan teaches Wendy, Michael and John how to fly, so they can all go to Never Land from Wendy's bedroom window, in this great Mary Blair original concept painting. Mary Blair was the Color Stylist/Art Director on this animated classic feature film along with John Hench and Don DaGradi. This magnificent Mary Blair (1911 - 1978) original concept painting is a key scene in the early parts of this film. Gouache on board, with a size of 9" x 8.5". The painting has all five main characters -- Peter Pan, Tink, Wendy, Michael, and John! Great full moon outside of Wendy's bedroom window also. Pinholes in corners, with minor handling and edge wear. Overall Very Good condition.
