    Mary Blair Alice in Wonderland Concept/Color Key Painting (Walt Disney, 1951). "Oh, she's curious! Oh, the oysters were curious, too! And you remember what happened to them!" says Tweedledee and Tweedledum to Alice to hold her attention. The art, color and flair of Mary Blair shines bright in this great Color Key/concept painting of the Mother Oyster underwater with her baby in her clam shell bed. Gouache on board of 8" x 6". Mary Blair's handwriting can be seen in the bottom left with "The End" and the number 17 in the bottom right. Wonderful Mary Blair artwork in this lot! Minor handling and edge wear with pinholes in the corners. Condition is Very Good.
