Description
Walt Disney Classics Collection Sleeping Beauty Briar Rose Limited Edition Porcelain Figure Signed by Marc Davis (Walt Disney, 1959/1997). This beautiful hand-painted porcelain animation art sculpture of Princess Aurora as Briar Rose surrounded by her forest friends is based on the "Once Upon a Time" musical sequence of Sleeping Beauty, Walt Disney's 1959 Technorama animated feature and proudly showcases on the bottom of its base the signature one of Walt Disney's master animators known as his Nine Old Men, who was the principal animator of Aura/Briar Rose and Maleficent in the film, Marc Davis (1913 - 2000). It was issued in a limited edition of 12,500, and this one is hand-numbered 1786 on the underside with WDCC Music Stand Production mark for 1997 and backstamp. With Certificate of Authenticity.
