Tweety and Sylvester "Caught Again" Limited Edition Cel #201/750 (Warner Brothers, 1992). In the early 1960s, an accountant at Warner Brothers made a decision to throw away the inventory of all animation art. This decision helped create the Limited Edition cel market that flourished in art galleries and Warner Brothers Studio Stores in the 1980s - 2000s. This is a great hand-inked, hand-painted Limited Edition cel that was created from an original Friz Freleng drawing. It was titled "Caught Again" and featured Tweety, Sylvester, and Granny in an edition of 750. The cel is hand-signed by Looney Tunes animation legend, Mr. Friz Freleng (1906 -1995). This was an instant sell-out over 25 years ago. This is a 12 field cel with a great image, in a Plexiglas-front frame measuring 19" x 17", with a mat opening of 12" x 10". Cel is on a print background for presentation purposes. A WB seal is on the cel. Frame is sold as-is; cel condition is Very Good.
