The Lion King "Getting into Mischief" Simba, Nala, Sarabi, and Sarafina SOLD-OUT Limited Edition Cel #130/500 (Walt Disney, 1994). Long sold out and highly desirable, "Getting into Mischief" is a limited-edition cel from The Lion King, numbered 130/500. Hand-painted on 16-field acetate at Disney's world-famous Ink & Paint Department in Burbank, the piece captures Simba and Nala-joined by their mothers Sarabi and Sarafina-in the moments before the cubs set off for their fateful adventure at the Elephant Graveyard. The cel is paired with a printed background from the scene, providing cinematic context and lush color depth. Unaware of the danger ahead, Simba convinces Nala to explore the "really cool" place Scar told him about, leading to their terrifying encounter with Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed before Mufasa's heroic rescue. Released in a limited edition of only 500 pieces, this hand-painted cel edition sold out quickly upon release and remains a coveted collectible celebrating Disney's 1994 animated masterpiece.
