The Art of Granny Group (Warner Brothers, c. 1950s-90s). This is one historic "Granny Lot." This is a hand painted production cel of Granny and Tweety Bird from the 1995 hit series Sylvester and Tweety Mysteries. June Foray was the voice of Granny for this series, which premiered on 9/9/95. This is the cel that was given to her for her performance by Warner Brothers. Cel is framed for an overall size of 15.5" x 13.5" with a mat opening of 12" x 10". A Warner Brothers seal is on the cel. Please note the cel is hand signed by the voice of Granny and first Lady of Animation, Ms. June Foray (1917 - 2017). Granny is a nice 6" pose. Also in this lot is a printed Warner Brothers model sheet of Granny. It has an actual hand-drawn Tweety and a dedication by Bob Clampett (1913 - 1984). He writes, "To June Tweety's Granny from Tweety's Daddy Bob Clampett." Large bold inked signature and great 3" hand-colored sketch of Tweety Pie. A photo of June with Bob Clampett is in the frame. A clear cel is over the print with June's signature as well. Frame is 12" x 16" with a mat opening of 8.5" x 11.5". A third framed piece is a model sheet print of Granny from the 1953 short Hare Trimmed. It is in a frame measuring 16.5" x 13.5" with a mat opening of 13" x 10". Three Plexiglas-front framed pieces in this lot. Frames are sold as-is, condition is Good to Very Good. From the June Foray Collection.
