The Art of Chuck Jones Group of 3 (Chuck Jones, 1977/2001/2012 ) This lot holds three historic pieces of Chuck Jones (1912 - 2002) and June Foray (1917 - 2017) memorabilia. First is an original Jones drawing of Bugs Bunny in a Spanish outfit, playing a guitar. This exact image can be seen on page 79 in Did You Grow Up With Me Too? -- The Autobiography of June Foray. It's in a 13" x 10" frame and the dedication reads, "To Junie -- who has made so much of me possible. All my love" signed and dated 1977. Along with it is a certificate in a 10" x 12.5" frame naming June Foray a member of The Chuck Jones Foundation board of trustees, dated 2001. In a clear sleeve on the back of the frame is a letter to June from Chuck's daughter Linda Jones asking about fund raising suggestions. The final piece in the group is a 2012 "Chuck Centennial Award of Recognition" presented to June Foray for a "Lifetime of Creative Contributions." The award is framed with one of Jones' used pencils. It measures 22" x 16.5" framed. All the pieces are in Fine condition. From the June Foray Collection.
