    Description

Steve Kaufman Bugs Bunny Attitudes Signed Limited Edition Canvas Silkscreen #1/100 (1996). Artist Steve Kaufman (1960-2010) was a young protégé of Andy Warhol, who personally charged Kaufman with carrying on the mantle of pop art himself. Kaufman could not have chosen a more fitting subject than the Looney Tunes characters for their sheer influence over American pop culture. This vibrant pop-art piece has four great images of Bugs Bunny in various color-schemes, in homage to the famous 1960s Andy Warhol silkscreens. Great facial expressions here as Bugs displays a variety of emotions - from mild annoyance to his characteristic smugness. Kaufman has signed his famous "SAK" signature on the reverse. Please note, this is a very rare limited edition , numbered 1/100! The image area measures 32"x 32". In Fine Condition. Includes COA.
