Speed Racer "Gang of Assassins" Speed Racer and Assassins Limited Edition Cel AP#16/20 (Speed Racer Enterprises, 1993). Speed seems to be in a very complicated situation. We have in this lot an incredibly rare hand-painted and hand-inked limited edition cel from the thrilling anime show displaying Speed measuring 7.5" tall, surrounded by a group of assassins occupying an image size of 9.25" x 9.25". This rare limited edition cel is an Artist Proof, numbered #16/20, and it features the signature of the series' executive producer, Ippei Kuri, near the bottom right corner. The cel is presented on a printed background, and it bears a Speed Racer seal in the bottom left corner. Overall, the lot shows tape residue in the bottom edge, a faint scratch on Speed's shirt, and minor handling wear. In Very Good condition.
