Brer Bear and Brer Fox celebrate Brer Rabbit's misfortune with the Tar Baby in this gorgeous hand-painted production cel set-up with a hand-painted background. This piece has been framed and matted to an image area of 14" x 10" and it is in Excellent condition. From the Kerby Confer Collection.
