    Mickey's Christmas Carol Mickey Mouse and Bob Cratchit Limited Edition Cel #190/500 (Walt Disney, 1983). "Why did you bring me to this old shack?" asks Ebenezer Scrooge to the Ghost of Christmas Present. Scrooge is looking into Bob Cratchit's home and sees his family getting ready for their modest Christmas dinner. This short brought Mickey Mouse back to the big screen after a 30 year absence. This hand-painted limited edition is sold out and has been for over 25 years! The scene depicted in this piece of Bob Cratchit and his family can be seen around the 34:49 mark. The piece was created using archived original production drawings from Sequence 4/Scene 241. It was hand-painted at the world famous Walt Disney Ink and Paint Department located on the studio lot in Burbank. This was part of a two-cel limited edition release. The other cel in this set is also offered as a separate lot in this auction. This is number 190 from an edition of 500 pieces. A Disney seal is on the cel and a Disney COA is on back of the frame. Framed with Plexiglas for a size of 23" x 19" with a mat opening of 15" x 11". Frame is sold as-is, cel is in Very Good condition.
