Description
Hey Arnold! Arnold and Gerald Production Cel Setup with Pan Key Master Background (Nickelodeon, 2003). "I'm telling you, Arnold, she's a real beaut." Featured in this lot is a stunning production cel setup of Arnold and his best friend Gerald walking down the street on a Key Master background from "Gerald Vs. Jamie O". The episode was released on 11/11/03 and followed a sort of love triangle between Jamie O, Gerald, and Chloe where Gerald discovered his crush Chloe was using him to get closer to Jamie and not the other way around. The two hand-painted characters can be found at about 13:19 as they talk about Gerald's new bike and measure about 8'' x 6.75'' on a 12 field cel with a pan 20.25'' x 10.5'' production cel featuring the linework below them. A folder with exposure sheet from an earlier episode is included. The cel setup is presented on a lovely 20.5'' x 10.5'' pan gouache and pastel production background of a street on their daily commute full of little details like flowered curtains and a crack in one of the buildings. The cel is marked A6 and the background is noted 2 with the production code 189A. Very Good condition overall with light edge and handling wear and minor surface wrinkling with tape at the edges.Auction Info
