Fantasia 2000 Donald and Daisy Duck Employee-Only Presentation Cel #9/182 (Walt Disney, 2000). "After 40 rainy days, thinking the other is lost, Donald and Daisy are reunited!" Roy Disney brought Walt's vision of a Fantasia sequel to the big screen in 2000. There were no cels used in the production of this film, so a series of 14 different hand-painted presentation cels were produced for Disney Feature Film employees only. This is one of those which were never sold to the public and are highly prized by animation art collectors. This cel of Donald and Daisy standing 6" tall over a print background was created from original artwork used in the "Pomp and Circumstance" Sequence 4.8/Scene 14 and painted at the Disney Studio Ink and Paint Department located on the studio lot. Only 182 cels featuring this image were painted and this is #9. It bears a Disney Feature Animation seal and has a studio COA affixed to the back of frame. The art is in a frame of 25" x 18" with a mat opening of 17" x 10". Condition is Very good and the frame is sold as-is.
