    Description

Dumbo Limited Edition Cel #8/275 (Walt Disney, 1991). Tim Burton's live-action/CGI Dumbo was released in 2019, while the original classic animated Disney feature film was released in 1941. This is one of the very first hand-painted limited editions from the original film ever released by Walt Disney Studios. It was made using archived 1941 drawings and was hand-painted in the famous Disney Ink and Paint Department located on the studio lot. It was painted using artwork from Sequence 19.2/Scene 19 where Dumbo is learning to fly. Great images of Dumbo, Timothy Mouse, and all the crows. Please note this piece was "HAND-INKED" and is an edition of only 275 pieces; this is the extremely low number 8. Dumbo is almost 9" ear to ear. What an image! The cel is on a print background for presentation purposes. Matted with an opening of 16" x 12", with an overall mat size of 22" x 18". Very Good condition.
